How long is the contract?
Monthly plans have no minimum term — pay month to month and cancel whenever you like. Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount. There are no setup fees on any plan.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time, no questions asked. Before you go, you can export your complete patient data in standard formats — it's your data and you'll always have full access to it.
Can multiple doctors share one clinic account?
Absolutely — that's how Clinicon is designed. Each practitioner gets their own login, calendar, and patient list, while the clinic manager keeps a full overview. Starter supports 2 practitioners, Growth supports up to 10, and Enterprise has no limit.
What support do I get if something goes wrong?
Starter plan gets email and live chat support (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm). Growth plan gets priority support with faster response times. Enterprise gets a dedicated support contact and guaranteed SLA.
