What Clinicon is

Clinicon is a clinic management platform. One tenant is one clinic: its patients, its staff, its appointments, its money. A clinic administrator can see and change everything in their clinic — and is the only person who can set up the things everyone else depends on.

The product is organised around a single idea: a visit is the unit of work. A patient is registered, an appointment is booked against a doctor and a service, the doctor runs the consultation in Focus Mode, and whatever comes out of that consultation — a prescription, a lab order, an imaging request, a certificate, consumables used — is attached to the visit and billed from it. Every other module either feeds that flow or reports on it.

This guide is written for the administrator, but it also documents what each staff role can and cannot do, so you can answer "why can't the receptionist see that?" without guessing.
