Four pages that decide how much typing a doctor does per consultation. Doctors can edit these themselves — they are the only Settings pages the Doctor role reaches.

Rx Templates

Named prescription sets a doctor can drop into a consultation, tagged Adult or Peds. Each holds one or more medications with dose, frequency, duration and route. These are what the Prescribe tile in Focus Mode lists; if it says no templates were found, this page is empty.

Templates

Reusable text for clinical notes — standard SOAP scaffolds, examination findings, common assessments. They save re-typing the same paragraph across similar consultations.

Instructions

The default patient advice printed on every visit summary — wound care, post-procedure guidance, when to come back. Write these once in both the languages your patients read.

Print & Docs

Your letterhead — logo, clinic name, address, licence and footer — plus the wording used on medical certificates and which sections appear on the printed visit summary. Set this up before a doctor needs to issue a sick note, because the Certificate tile in Focus Mode prints from here.
