How the modules connect, in the sequences your staff actually perform.

A booked patient, start to finish

  1. 1Reception registers the patient, or finds them by MRN.
  2. 2Reception books the appointment: patient, doctor, date, slot, service, chief complaint.
  3. 3The patient is reminded automatically, per Settings → Notifications.
  4. 4On the day, reception checks them in; a ticket enters the Waiting queue.
  5. 5Reception calls next; the appointment moves to In Progress.
  6. 6The doctor opens Focus Mode, records vitals, writes or dictates the SOAP note, and raises whatever the visit needs — prescription, lab, imaging, certificate, order, consumables.
  7. 7The doctor ends the consultation; the appointment moves to Completed.
  8. 8Reception opens the appointment and clicks Generate Invoice, then records payment.
  9. 9Lab and imaging orders progress in their own modules; results land on the patient record and appear on the Focus Mode rail at the next visit.

A walk-in

  1. 1In Appointments → Queue, click Walk-in and issue a ticket.
  2. 2Register the patient if they are new.
  3. 3The visit proceeds exactly as above from Call Next onwards.

An episode of care across several visits

  1. 1On the first booking, create a case for the patient and attach the appointment to it.
  2. 2Attach every subsequent appointment to the same case at the point of booking.
  3. 3In Focus Mode the case shows on the context rail, so the doctor sees the thread rather than an isolated visit.
  4. 4Track it on the patient record under Health Record, filtered Active, Monitoring or Resolved.

Month end

  1. 1Billing — filter by Overdue and chase what is outstanding.
  2. 2Reports — set the month as the date range and read revenue billed against collected, by service and by doctor.
  3. 3Inventory — review low stock and expiring items, and place orders with the suppliers on record.
  4. 4Staff — check completion rates and no-shows per clinician in Reports → Appointments.
