The patient register. Stat cards show Total Patients, Male, Female and New This Month; the list can be searched by name, MRN or phone and filtered by company. Columns: Medical Record Number · Name · Gender · Date of Birth · Email · Status · Actions, with View and Edit on each row.

Registering a patient

  1. 1Click New Patient.
  2. 2Choose the patient type: Individual, or Company Employee if the bill goes to an employer.
  3. 3Fill the required identity fields: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, phone and email.
  4. 4Add address, city and national ID if you have them.
  5. 5Under Medical Information, set blood type and — this one matters — allergies, separated by commas. Whatever you type here becomes the red alert a doctor sees in Focus Mode, so spell drug names carefully; there is no autocomplete or spell-check.
  6. 6Add an emergency contact.
  7. 7Add insurance provider, policy number and plan (Standard, Premium or VIP) if applicable.
  8. 8Click Register Patient. The MRN is generated automatically.

The patient record

Header actions: Schedule, New Rx, Order Lab, Edit. Eight tabs run across the record — Overview, Vitals, Cases, Appointments, Prescriptions, Lab, Imaging, Invoices — several carrying a count badge.

Overview opens with four figures (upcoming appointments, active prescriptions, total visits, outstanding balance) and then:

  • Health Record — the patient's cases, filtered All / Active / Monitoring / Resolved.
  • Operations History — procedures performed.
  • Care plan — empty until you create one.
  • Vaccinations.
  • Access Audit Log — who opened this record. Worth checking periodically; it is the only per-patient privacy control in the product.

The At a glance panel repeats contact details, allergies, emergency contact, insurance status and the registration date.

The Vitals tab stays empty until a consultation has run — vitals are captured in Focus Mode, not on the patient record.
